      Pros

      Salary above market standard. Very good average yearly increment. Management is cooperative.

      Cons

      Top Management is rude sometimes. Might have to sit on bench initially.

      Pros

      Laid back, fair, responsible, values employees. We feel like we belong, it's a multicultural working place where you will connect with a lot of different people. If Fujitsu Portugal GDC you'll be valued by your work and not by your looks. If you are a valued member career progression will be available.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can have a hard time finding the required information for some burocratical work and you sometimes feel a lack of organisation depending your area.

      Pros

      You do have freedom to do pretty much what ever is your interest.

      Cons

      It seems that there is no clear vision of future directions. At least it is not understood correctly. That can be seen from conflicting messages given by higher officers. Company is trying to be something else than hardware vendor, but it is not willing to invest to change its "nature" towards service provider and selling something else than hours of knowledge or servers!

As you mention in your review, as a company we are well known for our products but this doesn’t mean that we aren’t just as active in services as well. In 2015 we were actually named the world's fifth-largest IT services provider measured by IT services revenue! Your input does emphasize though that it’s important to keep on communicating clearly, both internally and externally. Thank you for keeping us sharp!
