Some excellent people, a recognized and sizable force in the market. FAL has good success in Services and DC management.

Cons

Some truly terrible managers, including mine. Inept, verbally abusive, widely ignored by peers, my manager was the worst of my career. But at least my role could be done without her interference in most cases.

Pros

Product is top notch. Paid winter break. That's it.

Cons

So many violations of standard policies. Nepotism, Favoritism. Managers and most directors have no idea what they are doing. I am one of at least 10 people that have resigned in the past year. The company is a small subsidiary of Fujitsu, so it's a 200 person division and 10+ resigning is noticeable.

GOOD SALARY. GOOD HIKE. JOB SECURITY. not much..

Cons

VIP CULTURE. If it is a foreigner then they would prepare good food in canteen else they serve very bad food. As it is a Japanese company. Japanese gets an AC cab and he travels alone. Other Employees travel in worst of the cabs. Even relocation amount is according to your position. Makes no sense. I posses same amount of things. Why relocation amount is according to level I can't understand. Managers will make you look small in front of management. Sometimes they treat employees like student. They ask us to wear good cloth and shave when there is a client visit (as if we come in dirty clothes or something). BAD BAD company
