Pros

Generally people friendly and relaxed, there are lots of nice people there.

Cons

There's not enough delegation and rafts of management that get in the way of delivering solutions that are value for money. It's the sort of organisation that can only deal with other, typically large, organisations that have been beaten with the moribund overly political and bureaucratic stick.

Pros

Endless Cheap company paying 30-40% less then market, they look to cut kitchen supplies to save money (thats how low down they can get to - literally). Fujitsu is big but not Fujitsu Australia. They sent me ITIL Foundation course and made me sign a contract that I'll have to pay for my course if I wish to leave the company within one year.

Cons

None whatsoever, there is nothing I can think of something good in 3 years that I spent there
