Very flexible and understanding. I have had regular training courses and have been very happy with the package I'm been given

Cons

It is not always easy to get your leave application approved. When it has been approved it's not unheard of for it to be subsequently cancelled at short notice

Flexible, autonomous, and good opportunities to move around the business. The organisational culture is brilliant and encourages people to openly be themselves.

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic, needs a revamp in the look and feel of the business. Isn't particularly fast paced and tends to settle for second best.
