      I am a contractor and can work from home with flexible hours. The salary is fair. Fujitsu is open to explore new areas of technology.

      The office environment is dull and old fashioned. No free food.

      Pros

      They have a supportive attitude toward employees and it is a good experience working for Fujitsu. Very good work-life balance due to very flexible working hours. They are one of the major players in the IT Industry still offering both a wide range of products and services. Good opportunity to gain experience in both of these fields in very competitive markets. The company is becoming increasingly international which also reflects on the day to day business (cooperation with employees from different countries and cultures).

      Cons

      The company is big and tends to be bureaucratic, more risk averse and rules based with less freedom to divert from rules.
