* Job Security * Brand Promise in Japan * Great work life balance * Better than average salary

Cons

* Close to non-existent salary delta between high and low performers * Mid-Management layer consisted of age group started out during the hey-days of a booming Japanese economy and many are too entitled to overcome adversity * Very little auntonomy

Non what so ever, unless you are a friend or relative of somebody in higher position

Cons

Everything, Lack of competence, understanding, procedures, organization, transparency,extremely high turnover of employees, they either leave (understandably) or get laid off. Fujitsu Sweden is the absolute worst work place, my advice stay away.
