      Pros

      The best reason is that, in general, you dont need to take any OT work or meet demanding sales target,if you are in the sales team. The company is not pressuring its employees to perform overwhelmingly.

      Cons

      There are occasionally management failure, such as unclear instruction from Japan headquarter, unreasonable pricing demanded by headquarter, etc
