      Great potential, good products and services. Strong Consultants

      Cons

      Disingenuous senior management. Cost cutting, short term goals and accounting take priority over investment, long term strategy and people management. Senior management turnover is an annual event. Employee turnover is the highest in the industry.

      Great company to learn the technical aspects of an help-desk. You will get a lot of technical background that will be valuable in the future. Good working environment among your equals.

      Cons

      Poor management. There is no career progression at all! You'll get stuck in the same position doing more demanding tasks without any recognition.
