      Pros

      Great colleagues, international flavor, innovative and focused on improvement, flexible working environment (working from home etc.).

      Cons

      As a company we are way too modest. We could market ourselves a little bit better, we do great stuff but nobody knows it...We need to market our own brand better!

      Pros

      - work-life balance. Majority of the people leave on time. - benefits are ok - a lot of nice people to work with This is a good and stable company overall. People who are in the mid~later stage of their careers would stay here until they retire.

      Cons

      - there are also just as many people who are not so pleasant to work with - complainers who keep on blaming somebody else except himself or his team. - unspoken rule that japanese staff gets better treatment/priorty. I guess this is to be expected since it is a Japanese Company. - slow career progression. If you are good at something, management will want to keep you there forever.
