      - learned a professional working environment in which trained me to become professional in my career path - discovered an excellent cultural global company which I always admire and proud of becoming a member of this company

      Thank you for the positive comments. In terms of your concern about our global focus, I am not sure everyone would agree with you. I myself work in the UK, and I feel that the company is very keen to grow its international business, outside of Japan - and I think the financial results demonstrate how that is being delivered successfully. As an example, just look at the Rugby World Cup this week, where Fujitsu is an official sponsor... and it takes place in the UK, with funding provided from Japan - that is testament to the company's desire to focus on our global customers - not just domestic - and show we are a global player by backing such a global spectacle..

      GSS Centre in Poland was pretty bad

      Pros

      A lot of young, friendly people working there.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere, especiallly in some of the teams, was awful. Pressure on statistics, numbers, no regard for people as individuals. Incompetent management.

      I am sorry to hear those comments. I am not close to the team in Poland, but it doesn't sound typical of the kind of service that our employees comment upon in our other global centres; and I know we deliver outstanding service for customers from our Polish GDC, so we must be doing some things right!
