10yI am sorry to hear that you feel that way. We do try and be as inclusive as we can, with managers sitting in open plan areas with their employees, and minimal hierarchy. That said, with a business with 160,000 employees worldwide (and 14,000 in the UK & Ireland) I can imagine how easy it is to get lost... and I would encourage new/potential employees to try and build their internal network as much as they can - one thing I can say, is that we are a friendly company, that is unlikely to tell people to go away, who make the effort.
