      The assignments given to employees of Fujitsu are often challenging, one-of-a-kind scenarios that force you to think outside the box and grow significantly. The company has a number of international branches with various specialties

      Cons

      The various branches operate independently of one another and doesn't necessarily encourage cross training of resources Some managers seem to encourage favoritism of employees. As a result, there are many cases of unqualified employees being promoted or given awards. Compensation is not competitive There are too many instances where employees are forced to work extremely long hours and suffer from burnout or exhaustion because management does not hire the right number of resources to complete the various assignments
