- Great contracts to work on. - Good salary - Good company and technology, feels progressive.

Cons

- The sheer size of the company means you can easily disappear into a team in a backwater before you know it. - Lack of recognition.

This a good company if only you are into DBA,WIntel,Unix. For rest all it is crap. The only pros is there it gives you a good hike and appraisals

Cons

1) No Projects 2) Too much politics 3) Senior management not willing to work. 4) People with whom you work behave like a bunch of street hooligans 5) 3 months of notice period 6) No transparency, 7) Bad infrastructure. 8) freshers are hired at 1.5 LPA .. can you imagine that??? 9) Bad transport.
