      Pros

      Wide range of opportunities both within UK and globally. Great sense of corporate social responsibility in all aspects of the company.

      Cons

      As with all large companies, it is sometimes difficult to navigate, and to get ownership at a business or capability level.

      Potential opportunities with new generation coming into the company as many of the other members retire. Reworking of the business could mean new ways to contribute.

      Cons

      Slow to change, not everyone has adopted the new culture that is trying to be instilled. The "new" culture still isn't that different.

      Difficult to navigate Fujitsu. Many new employees who rely heavily on the support network and Fujitsu "old timers"
