      Pros

      Hardworking people. If you like routine and stable job without worrying about your wages, this is the place for you. Whether you perform or not, there is very little difference to whatever outcome.

      Cons

      Managers were hired base on relationships, not qualifications. You can expect ground-level people to get way below market wages. Crony managers are well over-paid but channel all their work to the ground-level and non-crony people. Meeting discussions consist of blame-elements instead of solutions. Management preaches about how much they care about the team. Actions are total opposite. There is no clear career path to follow. There is not even an updated organization chart to understand the company's hierarchy.
