Work timing is what I appreciate (General Shift). Mangers do not interfere in your work unless you don't deliver expected results in given SLA. Assists us to learn & fun-filled environment.

fixed salary. But very punctuality required for time sheet else they deduct salary.

Cons

Not the best place to work. Very few projects are available. Required to work in afternoon and night shift. Not good benefits and per diem.
