      Pros

      As a consultant, you get to learn about your customers business and you may change customers every 6 months or 6 years. The company is getting about paying for performance

      Cons

      Bonus program needs some adjustment as it is impacting the rating of some employees who deserve a high rating but the company can't afford to pay bonuses for the pool that achieved or over-achieved their objectives.

      Good work/life balance, in-site cafeteria, very good health insurance scheme

      Cons

      Low salaries, little or no training, the goalposts move with every "appraisal", career stagnation, no information whatsoever from upper management unless it is strictly necessary, it's a research organisation and yet we do not have access to journals

      Only the fujitsu brand is the one u can think of.

      Cons

      Completely political & unethical. No values & corrupt. Small company mentality with no growth ambitions. Small company taken over by fujitsu which refuses to think & act big
