No growth or learning opportunities in the infrastructure management projects. You will learn nothing and keep on doing clerical and mundane jobs. Your technical acumen or your core domain expertise will not be used and you will be expected to work on any technology by just referring to How to docs. Pathetic or non existent transport facilities. They will make cringe and cry with their transport services and would expect you to thank them for providing the skeleton services.
