      Project team cared about their responsibilities

      Cons

      Expectations for bonus/advancement were fairly extreme outside of job duties. Management seemed to go out of their way to take away any benefits to working for the company.

      They make some great products and do have a very good IT structure in place. They cover the globe and can be very competitive in a cut throat business world.

      Cons

      Big company and very hard to push though changes. They have a culture that needs to change, or they will lose some very good employees
