      This division has since changed its name to Fujitsu Frontech North America. The best reasons to work here are the benefits.

      Cons

      This division has struggled for years creating POS systems and solutions that are not distinguishable from the competition. Management lacks real experience in the North American Market.

      Learn about lean principles Great multicultural environment to work in The work itself can be emotionally rewarding

      Cons

      Sadly the brilliant strategies and lean principles are not actually applied in the day to day business Any opportunities are often given to those who are friends with the correct people. The work is not financially rewarding.
