      Pros

      Stable and reliable international company. Big compensation and bonus packs. Certification, technical and personal trainings are provided. Very friendly and adequate management.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work is too slow and bored. After 3 years there is no more progress in professional experience. Much paperwork and little real technical work.

      Pros

      clear global strategy that is communicated to the employees large company with strong history (owned by Fujitsu LTD which is the AT&T of Japan) flexibility (if you happen to not be at HQ) employee loyalty is high even given cons below

      Cons

      no clear career path for those in support roles turnover in management leaves the organziation without clear leadership which impacts morale sales doesn't get consistent results even though pipeline was looking great in the past year poor organizational communication (improving slowly) inhibits morale

      Good health benefits, okay place to work if on a long-term project.

      Cons

      Poor management, most of them don't have any hands-on background in the areas they manage. Lack of coordination and vision among top management.
