      A big company with big company problems

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits. Solid tech although not a cutting edge company.

      Cons

      Lots of big company problems - silos people have built around their depts, inflated titles and egos, slow to change (or recognize the need to change), etc.... And its Japanese. If you have worked for a Japanese company, you know what that means.

      Pros

      There hiring policy for freshers is pathetic, Ther hire freshers for 1.5 L package per anum.

      Cons

      Their appraisal cycles are good.You can expect good hike if your manager is happy with you.
