Good knowledge experience, methodical way of working, process oriented, you get to work on most recent technologies, no maintainance work, Salary at par with Market
Cons
FNC is still not a legal entity in India. You will be employed under Fujitsu Consulting India Ltd (FCIL) which is a services company. Policy framework belongs to FCIL which follows services policy framework and not product company framework. Hence policies are far from satisfactory. People employed by FNC in India needs to work with their outsourcing vendors wipro and Aricent. FNC India does not have its own office. At the moment they are sitting in Wipro Campus. There are plans though to come out of Wipro campus. As of now they plan to operate from Chennai only. Overall FNC India is still a work in Progress. But overall a good to have professional experience
