      Pros

      Decent salary Good work life balance; no evenings or weekends required Management tries to motivate employees with extra perks occasionally

      Cons

      Very clique-ish, if you are not in, you are out Low level of maturity among leaders, lots of gossip It's a monarchy, everything must be approved by the king! Great products but if the roadmap falters at all then the business will turn downwards quickly

      Pros

      People to work with are technically very well qualified.

      Cons

      The project managers sucks, for the lack their ability to negotiate with clients they over commit on deliverable to the client and push the additional work load on consultants.
