      Pros

      Your skills matters more than university degree and one is being offered many various challanges sometimes at completely difference areas. Apart from that, Fujitsu offers strong social security system.

      Cons

      Salaries are low comparing to other companies in IT brach. Promotion usually doesn't give any salary raise. High turn-over of staff and management. Lack of documented processes and systems - excel is the main 'system' that company is using hence to much manual work.

      Pros

      Everyone has the possibility to bring his own ideas and give advice to seniors also. Many things for making work-life balance better (Arranged Sport events, Corners and lounges for recreation etc.). Many very long employed workers with very good skills and very broad skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit slow in decisions regarding new technologies. Very customer friendly means sometimes on the other hand difficulties for employees.

      - Smart people, although some have left already - Some smart methodologies, most are getting smarter - Great locations - Some good, loyal clients - People try really, really hard

      Cons

      - Some real clunkers in management - Sometimes feels that there are opposing directions - Sometimes hard to answer the question "what do we stand for"
