Pros

Fujitsu has a wide array of benefits available for all workers, the pension scheme is excellent. You are able to "Sell" additional vacation days or "Buy" them to suit your needs. For example if you want to get paid more and know you won't be going on vacation this is a worthwhile transaction. The medical benefits are excellent varying from solo support to family support & even dental. Pay is OK, not specialist but it gets you by. Most people are friendly and it's what you can expect from corporate life. Secure work and the company helps those looking to transfer roles & sites. As Fujitsu is a large company, it has a large Levy pot for sponsoring & funding your career development.

Cons

Pay is median, not on high end. Does not help with sponsored VISAs to other countries (not sure of many companies which do). A lot of changes are made without a full understanding of the impact at the lower levels due to contracts & agreements.

Pros

- Hybrid, 8-11 days work at office, remaining days at home - Relaxed job, no stress - Friendly colleagues and managers (but there's always at least one crackhead but not an issue) - Language Allowance (based on JLPT level) - Shift Allowance (for Japan shift : 5:30am - 2:30pm) - No overtime work for majority of days - Gym inside office, can use during work hours

Cons

- Boring job, everyday's the same - No growth or learning in job (just repeated data entry) - Promotions are very hard to get - Increment of salary is too low - Working for Japan Project doesn't make you move to Japan - 3 months notice period - Female HR staffs have attitude (just my personal experience)
