      .Only good for freshers since u would get chance to work on everything. .Really Good if you r relative or friend of top mangement people else just forget it

      Cons

      .No Specific domain you would get chance to work on .6 Day work OFFICIALLY for Middle East Projects.(Otherwise also No work life balance) .No professional Growth .Lacks professionalism .Good only for acquaintances of of top management people .Horrible management skills .Only thing you would learn wud be politics and clearing up some one else's mess who wud be someone top guy's relative

      Pros

      Excellent local management. Experienced staff and peers. Good HR system. Excellent work/life balance. Lots of internal opportunities for progression. Excellent training opportunities.

      Cons

      Little acknowledgement from upper management. Poor pay system, very hard to earn higher wages. Below inflation pay rises. Appraisal system is very disorganised.
