Pros

FNC is very technically strong in the areas they focus which is Layer 0 & 1. High quality personal Focused on the customer Ability to learn new customer requirements

Cons

The biggest issue is the same issue you would hear at any large manufacturing company today. Not moving quickly enough to adapt to changes, politics are thick and get in the way of doing the right thing at times. But the biggest issue outside the normal stuff is they are trying to become more than they were in the past but they are using many of the same people. I think this is a failed model.

Pros

Large accounts and some very big names on the client list. The company has a strong and rich technology heritage and invests a considerable amount of time and money on innovative products. Some of its current offerings are very mature and offer customers with excellent services - for example Managed Service Desk.

Cons

Not very agile in the market place and often too focussed on its own solutions instead of the customers' actual requirements. Very much a home for technologists and service managers but not a company well structured or suited to major change programmes.
