      - Smart people, although some have left already - Some smart methodologies, most are getting smarter - Great locations - Some good, loyal clients - People try really, really hard

      - Some real clunkers in management - Sometimes feels that there are opposing directions - Sometimes hard to answer the question "what do we stand for"

      great company to work with and you could learn a lot in a record amount of time. you have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders

      some times deadlines could be quite aggressive and with added work load its hard to strike work life balance and this may add to stress level

      Pros

      As a leader in the transport space FNC is working hard to maintain this leadership role. One avenue is to add services - data services (ELINE, ELAN, SOAM....) and OTN. This provides ample opportunities to get involved with new/different technologies. FNC is in a position where there are more things to do than staff, so finding exciting things to do is very easy if you are interested.

      Cons

      The Japanese business culture can be difficult to deal with. They ask a lot of questions and you are often left wondering why they are asking.
