      Remuneration is not great but the work-life balance is very good.

      Pros

      Work can be very satisfying, you can just "get on with it", without being micro-managed. The work-life balance is good; if you have to be somewhere else then you have that flexability.

      Cons

      Flexability has always counterbalanced the remuneration of Fujitsu. Fujitsu are not known for particularly competative pay but that was always countered by work-life balance. No real pay rises or bonuses for the last 4 years has started to throw that balance out.

      Pros

      * Exposure to leading/bleeding edge technology solutions * Very fair total compensation plans * Signs that they might have their organization pieced together cohesively by 2013

      Cons

      * While communication from the CEO is frequent, mission and vision clear, his VPs and Directors pass on very little else to their troops * The pieceing together of multiple acquisitions into what is today Fujitsu America has created a hodge-podge of sub-organizations under one banner. These sub-orgs are not united, communicate very poorly and no one I worked with seemed to have any pride in the organization (collectively Fujitsu America) they represented or sold for.

      Pros

      Great technology / nice people / strong potential company in the USA it's a $1B+ firm that few people have heard of, the customers that do use Fujitsu like Fujitsu very much

      Cons

      Poor focus lackluster management too much re-organization / little support on new hire rampups
