Lots of restructuring, but great learning opportunities

- excellent opportunities to learn new technologies and grow within the organization, so you can always do something new on the job - worked with some excellent resources

Cons

- company is always restructuring, so a few organizational decisions made by upper management have not always made a lot of sense (ie: making operational processes a lot more complicated and expensive than they should be) - pay is not reflective on performance (ie: pay remains the same, despite getting a promotion)

Possibility to learn a lot since there is always a need to fill. Management always gives you the tools you need, even above what other big companies give you.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to communicate with main office in Japan. For those with no Japanese culture experience, it could be a difficult to get used to.
