Pros
+It enables you, to an extent, choice over the way you conduct your role +It provides you a basic salary compared to other companies (generally on time and in the correct amount) +You will generally enjoy performing the role (if you keep your head down, the healthier it is)
Cons
-False promises, fair enough, they can be brushed under a rug... -Unreasonable expectations of subordinates that demonstrate talent -Appears there may be lack of consideration on some legal and ethical issues -Accountability? Where? -A perception of unfair use of procedures/policy by some with management-level authority -Political stances are prevalent in a top-down fashion -May hinder future career prospects if you encounter problems with management -Has just lost the DWP government contract (job security is now out of the question then?)
