Steady paycheck 401 K Match Overall the company is fair to work for. But you should keep in mind that you can get laid off at any time.

Cons

No training No pay increase Too much travel Be warned that if you want to work for Fujitsu, its more of a bodyshop.

Fujitsu is a confortable company to work in Spain, there is not to much pressure in the work and there are good team relationship.

Cons

Fujitsu is not an innovation company in Sapin, they don't have a real estrategy to grow in all their units. The first line direction is the same since 25 years ago, so there is not new ideas.

The company as a whole is a good profiting company. It just depends on which subsidiary you work in and how your department is. Benefits are good I would say above average compared to other companies in the same industry.

Cons

Depending on which subsidiary you work for and which department, it can be terrible. The team was not diverse. Upper management was unprofessional and unstructured. Code management barely existed.
