      early on the japanese work ethic and respect for loyal service. Planning with the future in mind

      Over that last two years influx of external mgmt team from the likes of accenture, CSC and EDS who have detroyed the japanese culture and introduced the back biting, stabbing and self focus culture there is no team spirit and absolutely no risk taking. Those who

      Great place for fresh grads to work.

      Pros

      Technically challenging and fast paced environment to work. For a company of this size, this is actually pretty rare. There is definitely ample room to grow your technical skills, especially if your coming straight out of school. Performance reviews for the most part are results-oriented and individually driven.

      Cons

      Management at FNC is generally technically competent, but the same cannot be said about their managerial skillset. There is also constant pressure for deadlines and work life balance does not exist.

      Pros

      It has a very balanced work/life environment. The people are great and the management is pretty solid. They have a good balance of products and services but none are at the top of the spectrum. However, they just changed their model and will be focusing on more services and are vertically aligned. You won't get rich but you'll live comfortably.

      Cons

      The products are high quality but it's a 'me too' with the hardware platforms. They also do not have a well established brand in the US (although they are huge in Japan). The pay for a sales professional is below average. They definately manage your income and to the low side.
