      Pros

      The benefit package is excellent. Most of your colleagues are wonderful to work with as well.

      Cons

      They do not seem to have a strong direction currently. Changing to frequently and not doing it in a very organized manner.

      It's a paycheck. They pay you for working when they have a project for you. It's better than nothing, and better than min. wage.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement, not much room to grow and not much feedback.

      Internet access was pretty unmonitored for us A lot of freedom in day-day activity Got to learn a lot about the business as a whole

      Middle and Higher management idiocy Unbelievable blame culture Low wages, nil payrise for 3.5 years for some people Constant reliance on statistics and corporate jargon
