A company that supports bullying

Pros

Steady work until getting made redundant

Cons

been forced to sit on the same desk as a known bully. someone who has bullied so many people lots of people have left because of that person. Management don't care and don't want to get involved. Even a few managers bully staff in their own way by passing the right person up constantly and going to lengths to make individuals suffer on shifts they shouldn't be on. To be honest this is a utterly disgusting company to work for in regards to how your treated. i was bullied for 4 years with no help or support with management knowing all about it. Had a very serious and major issue happen in my personal like to do with cancer and rather than my manager support or help me i was put on a performance improvement plan because my qork quality went down unsurprisingly. just down right disgusting how they treat some people.

Pros

Diversity & Inclusion Opinions requested Open innovation culture Easy access to people Great people

Cons

Lack of reactivity and proactivity Processes extremely complex, lenghty, energy wasting, not flexible or adapted to 21st century Lack of flexibility to adapt quickly and efficiently to customer needs Too much english management / not adapted to the EMEIA region Lack of leadership setting the example Senior leaders incapable of respecting a deadline or showing properly they care about people No capacity from senior leaders to react on very obvious improvement needs Top down strategy setting culture, people do not feel they are heard No real knowledge / self awareness from leaders on the (negative) impact they have on people, creating high attrition rates due to poor management/leadership skills
