Cons
The company spreads itself too thin by catering to a wide range of clients, which leads to a loss of focus on the core roles of developers and IT staff. Many projects are heavily documentation- and monitoring-focused, with minimal actual development or programming work. There is limited opportunity for growth, and it's mostly a matter of luck if you get assigned to a long-term project involving real development.
