      It’s a hybrid setup and wok env has lots of flexibility thought some management folks in singapore cannot accept WFH or hybrid.

Because leadership positions are awarded based on historical loyalty rather than contemporary management skill sets or leadership capabilities, The company lacks the visionary oversight required for modernization. It has 'managers by duration' rather than 'leaders by capability,' leaving the firm ill-equipped to navigate a competitive landscape or challenging ecosystem.
