Pros

Some focus on improvement like not working employees to death.

Cons

Too much blame culture. Apart from the regular redundancies, the practices Fujitsu (Australia) project managers are following can be toxic and unproductive: - New project mangers stating they don't have access to basic tools (e.g. ERP) to engage resources and expecting technical teams to lean on people "for free" to get the job done. - Any issues with lack of proper engagement are often escalated as an architectural issue. - Often the majority of project time will be allocated to project management hours, but all that work will be farmed out to other teams. - At least one day a week of productivity is lost taken up by arguing timesheet approvals and rejections.
