Pros

- hybrid work setting. mostly working from home. return to office on rotation basis. - can work anywhere (yes literally anywhere - locally). - office reachable via public transport. - positive environment. everyone is treated equally. - no culture of seniority. we call each other by names only. - you can go on holidays and nobody will bother you. - projects are very easy (just like doing FYP).

Cons

- very low increment rate. even after being promoted to Senior, your salary might be on par with a newly joined Junior. - salary is not aligned with market value. - nonsense KPI. not even relatable to work/project. - suddenly company became unstable, no increment for the past year. - major layoffs and still ongoing. - lack of career growth, projects are not challenging enough. - many people resigned due to instability including top management. - let's see if the company is still operating after this.
