      Excellent benefits, reasonable salary, overall pleasant work environment.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers with complete impunity, unfair evaluations and career progression based on friendly relationship with managers, 'client above everything else' as standard policy.

      Pros

      It is great to work for Fujitsu. The company standards and motivation, together with the salary and facilities, make it a wonderful place to work at.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the lower management (Team Managers and Operations' Managers) are often unskilled and corrupted, leading to an unsatisfactory work environment.
