Good people at lower/middle levels. Flexible working location

Cons

Terrible salary/pay rise options Bonus is poor unless you are senior management Talk about diversity but don't reflect it at senior leadership team Promise opportunity and growth but don't deliver Refuse to pay for training unless contractually required All around not a good place to work if you have aspirations of progressing your career and being valued/recognised for your efforts.
