during my career working in many companies I never been humiliated but Fujitsu did. Having a company like fujitsu firibg those people who are giving the best to customers is absolutely insane. Many customers left fujitsu Poland and went to HCL, Infosys and other companies where maturity is better. In Fujitsu Poland this is how it works:
1- You get promoted if you have contacts with managers.
2- You work hard you stuck in your position until they promotd their friends then they give you rubbish position.
3- Due to corruption in giving position, this impacts on quality of work, imagine 5 people were promoted unlawfully and 1 bcz of his her performance, all thr workload goes to the one who is hard working, this employee will cover on their mistakes.
4- Those hard working people are being transferred too often to critical customers to clean the mess of the bad people. Once everything is stable, the credit goes to others and never recognise the work.
5- Dismissal of employees being done in illegal way, they never give reasons why they are ending contracts, if angone asks why their answer "go to the court"
6- HR falsifying reports, every timr someone leaves the company HR asks him her about reasons, employees are leaving due to management and bad work environment later in the report they ask the employee to sign where it is written different reasons.
7- Many foreigners need the work permit to work, they refuse to give work permit. They fired many foreigners for no reasons.
8- Data leak, it happened so many times that secrets of customers were stolen and sold elsewhere, if customer is victim why no punishment was taken for those people?
9- Many security breaches in their devices, people used to watch footbal match in the office. MANY WEBSITES are not blocked, you can watch, access any website you want, including DarkWeb websites.
10- There is no placd for foreigners to work, every foreigner works with fears to get dismissed at any time.
11- Diversity and Inclusion has only a title but in reality is absent.
