After a couple of difficult years this company is back to better times. Strong local leadership, strong digital transformation programs and customer experience are key. Good pay, good work environment. Work hard, show loyalty and you will be rewarded.

Advancement can sometimes be lottery. Pay levels vary massively within same/similar roles
