Good Company for Grads

Pros

I have an extremely supportive network around me, I came in as a Grad and I am paid fairly for what I do. The company have a great work life and balance and really are people driven. There is a lot of focus on working flexibly and a working pattern that suits your own needs. Now I am off the grad scheme I believe Fujitsu are investing in my future, and I look forward to continuing working with them. Fujitsu also offer good pension contribution.

Cons

Pay does seem to be brought up quite a lot, as someone who is fairly early in my career I am paid fairly but I do have concerns about staying with the company long term and that my pay may become stagnant.

Pros

The only pros is that you have friends with whom when you go outside after work, you splash your angriness on them and they do the same. I wonder how Fujitsu Poland are still having customers. Very poor quality of people.

Cons

You work like slave then get salary as if I am begging. Low salary, promotion is connection based if you have friends you get promoted. Not friendly with foreigners. Racists, racisists, racists. I experienced racism inside the company and when I escalated they fired me to cover their failures.
