      Ease of work,increments, work culture

      Cons

      Management in India is mostly Pune based hence if you are at any other location there will be no visibility. Also all management is from Tech mahindra so dont except anything innovative. You will find many old employees in management with no skills or real world worth but highly political. Guess thats how they survived for so long.

      A good place to develop a long-term career. Providing the tools and technics to guarantee professional skills and enough confidence in oneself.

      Cons

      When you are working far away from Headquarters might feel that there is not an integral relationship and sometime a lack of communication.
