Pros
a good health care benifir, a good holiday package, there is also a good system in place to allow workers flexibility in their start and finish time. Also a good work life balance with most of the time management allowing enough time for projects to be done, so as employees are not having to do extra work for home or on the weekends
Cons
poor at geting equipment for staff, they also do not give aome staff time of for traveling so if an employeee has to work on a site that is not their base that travel time is taken out of the employees time
