      Good for a start, but not for the long term

      Pros

      Flexible work and easy going schedule Good benefits Salary paid on time

      Cons

      Very poor management/employees communication. I found it hard to even change the project because new opportunities and openings are poorly communicated. Projects might be suddenly be suspended without a clear explanation from management. You don't get the feeling that you are included in decision making.
