      Overall a great company with brand value. Good Increment and package (do good negotiation)

      Cons

      Cheap Local Politics(In Pune) No Promotion (did not got Promote in my 5 years tenure) Politics on Onsite Opportunity. Less Project

      Good Place to Work for freshers

      Pros

      Good work environment. For freshers this is good company. There are a very few good resources around who make this company a good place to work in.

      Cons

      Resource management is not very good. Few resources get too much work allotted while few hardly get work. Last few years that is 2012-2015 saw a lot of structural changes in management which caused a good amount of attrition. Projects in Oracle and a bit less. This does not mean there are no good projects. Occasionally there comes about a good project.
