Pros

- Work-life-balance depends on the project - People around are really nice - Very generous with bonus, incentives, etc. - Japanese counterparts are very nice and easy to work with

Cons

- Their company-provided machine is VERY slow, not recommended for developers - Few trainings - Management will on board you on any project without a proper training or introduction on the application - Skillset mismatch - Slow career growth - Low health insurance
